Chicken and Onion Omelette

This is a crispy frittata (kookoo کوکو) or omelette (املت). A thick omelette with fried chicken, onions and bread. It is a very easy and quick recipe to make it just with few ingredients. Oh by the way i just forgot add number of eggs to the recipe. For this recipe we need 6 eggs, beaten.

Chicken and onion omelette

  • 1 chicken breast, cooked andshredded
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Sour dough or country bread, broken
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter
  1. Ingredients





  2. Heat the oil in a non-stickfrying pan. Fry onions until transparent and slightly golden.



  3. Add shredded chicken, turmeric and season with salt and pepper. Stirring occasionally for 5-6 minutes. Setaside to cool down.




  4. Crack the eggs in a bowl. Beat the eggs with some salt and pepper to taste.



  5. Add cooled fried chicken and onions with pieces of broken bread into the beaten eggs. And mix all ingredients together until well combined.



  6. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Pour egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.



  7. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on moderate heat until golden.





  8. Then, Place a round and big plate on top of the pan and while you are holding the plate, flip the omelette onto the plate. Then slide the omelette into the pan again.



  9. Cover the pot with a lid and keep cooking for a few more minutes, until completely cooked . Serve it in little squares or cut into big slices and serve it with a salad



کوکو مرغ

این کوکو مرغ نیازی به نان نداره چون همه ی چیزهایی که برای یک کوکو لازم هست از جمله نان داخل کوکو هست . یک کوکو ظخیم وتردو خیلی خوشمزه.

بسیار سریع آماده میشه. فقط نوع نانی که در این کوکو باید استفاده بشه باید  مثل نان باگت بافت سفتی نسبت به نون تست عادی داشته باشده تا موقع پخت داخل اکوکو له نشه.

کوکو مرغ برای مهمانی‌ها یا پیکنیک گزینه مناسبی هست و میتوان آن را به صورت سرد یا گرم سرو کرد. در هر دو صورت خوشمزه میباشد.

مواد لازم

یک عدد سینه مرغپخته و خرد شده شده

شش – هفت عدد تخم مرغ

یک عدد پیاز بزرگ خلالی شده 

یک ق چ زردچوبه

نان ماشینی سفت که در اندازه های تقریبن بزرگ خرد کنید.

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

روغن زیتون یا کره

طرز تهیه

مقداری روغن را در تابه گرم کرده و پیاز خلالی شده را تفت میدهیم تا زمانی که تغییر رنگ دادهنرم شده و خیلی کم سرخ شده باشد. سپس – مرغ خرد شده را همراه با زردچوبه و نمک و فلفل به پیاز افزوده و به مدت پنج شش دقیقه مرغ را همراه با پیاز سرخ کرده و کنار میگذاریم تا سرد شوند.

تخم مرغ ها را داخل یک‌کاسه شکسته و با کمی نمک و فلفل هم می زنیم. سپس مرغ و پیاز را سرخ شده را همراه با نان خرد شده به تخم مرغ همزده افزدوه و همه ی مواد را با هم مخلوط میکنیم.

داخل تابه مقداری روغن ریخته و مایه آماده شده را داخل تابه ریخته و با قاشق پخش میکنیم که تما سطح تابه را بپوشاند. سپس تابه را روی حرارت متوسط قرار داده تا یک سمت آن طلایی شود.

برای پشت و رو کردن یک بشقاب روی تابه قرار داده و با دقت تابه را پشت و رو میکنیم تا کوکو داخل بشقاب قرار بگیرد و بعدکوکو را از داخل بشقاب به داخل تابه لیز میدهیم .

در تابه را گذاشته تا سمت دیگرآن هم برای چند دقیقه پخته شود.

کوکو آماده شده را میتوان به صورت چهار گوش‌های کوچک برش داده و یا به صورت مثلت های بزرگ برش داد.
