Tiny Cinnamon Rolls

These tiny cinnamon rollsشیرینی رول دارچینی are crispy, cinnamony 😁and tastyyyyyyyy. With a super easy recipe with puff pastry you can make 10s of tiny cinnamon rolls. They are long last and lovely treat with a cuppa tea or coffee.

Or as snack while watching TV 🙂

Tiny Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry

Filling

  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  1. Preheat the ovenat 180C degree.

    Line the bakingtray with parchment paper and set aside. Ina bowl, mix together the white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

    Next,unfold one sheet of puff pastry. cut puff pastry into small squares shape




  2. Take a rolling pin and slightly roll the dough. Brush the entire surface of the dough with small amount of butter.




  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture over butter and roll the dough.





  4. Using a sharp knife and cut the dough into tiny slices.





  5. Place the rolls on the prepared baking tray andbake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for few minutes.

    These tiny cinnamon rolls can be stored in an airtight jar fora week.



شیرینی رول دارچینی

این شیرینی‌های ریزمیزه ی رول دارچینی هم خیلییییییییییی پر برکت هستند و برای دورهمی ها خانوادگی واقعن مناسبن و هم بسییییییییییییار ناز و خوشمزه هستن و هم خیلیییییییییی آسون و فوری فوتی پخت میشن.

در ضمن برای کوچولوهای خانه هم اگر دوست داشته باشن میشه این شیرنی های دارچینی رو با شیر مخلوط کرد و مثل کورن فلکس یا برشتوک سرو کرد.

مواد لازم

یک ورقه خمیر هزار لایه یا پاف پیستری

مواد میانی

سه چهارم پیمانه شکر سفید

دو ق غ شکر قهوه ای

یک ق غ پودر دارچین

کره

طرز تهیه

فر را روی ۱۸۰ درجه سانتیگراد گرم میکنیم. داخل سینی فر را با کاغذ روغنی آشپزی پوشانده و کنار میگذاریم. داخل یک‌کاسه شکر سفیدقهوه ای و دارچین را با هم مخلوط کرده و کنار میگذاریم.

خمیر هزار لایه را باز کرده و به مربع های کوچک برش می دهیم. . سپس هر خمیر مربع شکل را با وردنه کمی باز کرده و مقداری کره جامد یا آب شده روی تمام سطح خمیر میزنیم و بعد روی کره مخلوط شکر را میپاشیم و باقاشق روی شکر فشار میدهیم و بعد خمیر را رول میکنیم : مطابق تصاویر

در مرحله بعدی – با استفاده از یک کارد تیز خمیر رول شده را برش های ریز زده و مطابق تصاویر تمام خمیر های برش ده را با کمی فاصله داخل سینی میچینیم.

سینی را داخل فر قرار داده تا شیرینی‌ها به مدت ۱۰۸ دقیقه یا زمانی که روی آن‌ها طلایی شود بپزند.

سپس سینی را از فر خارج کرده و۶۵ دقیقه صبر میکنیم تا شیرینی‌های دارچینی ریزه میزه ی ما خنک شده و بعد در ظرف مورد نظر قرار میدهیم. این شیرینی‌ها ماندگاری بالایی دارند و در ظروف دردار تا یکهفته تازه و ترد باقی میمانند.

میتوان به همین صورت با چای و قهوه صرف کرد و یا با مقداری شیر مخلوط نمود.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
