Make the Most Delicious KFC Chicken At Home

If you are looking for one the most delicious and gorgeous Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) مرغ سوخاری کنتاکی , do not go anywhere, as it is just here😍. Prepare this KFC style chicken at home. It is as good as restaurant recipe, EVEN MUCH BETTER.

It is crunchy on the outside and well cooked inside.

Make the most delcious KFC Chicken At Home

  • 1 kg chicken legs, wings or breast with skin
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1½ cus all purpose flour
  • ½ cup starch or corn flour
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika ro non smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper or chilli powder
  1. wash the chicken pieces. Cut chicken meat into medium or small pieces and pierce with a knife. In a bowl, mix milk with lemon juice or vinegar, ½ tsp salt and pinch of peper. Our marinate is ready.




  2. Dip chicken pieces and mix until well combined. Cover and marinate overnight or at least 1 hour.




  3. Next, in a big bowl with all purpose flour, add starch, garlic powder, salt-pepper, coriander powder, dried basil, ginger powder, turmeric, paprika and oregano.





  4. Mix all ingredients. Now,you can smell beautiful aroma of all those spices.



  5. Now, place a big bowl of water and flour mixture next to each other (as you see in the photo).



  6. While heat the oil in a deep fry pan, take out one piece of marinated chickne at a time and:

    -Dip and coat each chicken piece with flour mixture. Do it properlyfor about 1 minute.




  7. Then, dip the chicken piece into the water. Count to 4 and remove it from the water,



  8. And repeat coating for second time very well.



  9. And dip chicken for second time into the water and count to 4.-



  10. Finaaly, for last time dip and coat the chicken piece with flour mixture




  11. and directly put it in hot oil. Reduce the heat to medium and fry for 15-20 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.



  12. Voila our fantastic KFCis ready.



طرز تهیه خوشمزه ترین مرغ سوخاری کنتاکی

مرغ سوخاری کنتاکی یکی از فست  فودهای  معروف  آمریکایی هست که  همه جا طرفدار داره. در زبان  انگلیسی کی اف سی مخفف مرغ سوخاری کنتاکی هست. اگر دنبال مرغ سوخاری با طعم واقعی میگردید همین جاست. با طرز تهیه پیش رومیشه یکی از خوشمزه ترین – تردترین و اشتها برانگیزترین مرغ سوخاری هادرست به سبک رستورانی در منزل تهیه کرد.

مواد لازم

یک کیلو گرم گوشت مرغ بالران یا سینه مرغ با پوست

سه پیمانه شیر

یک و یک دوم پیمانه آرد سفید

نصف پیمانه نشاسته یا آرد ذرت

سه ق غ آب لیمو ترش یا سرکه

دو ق غ پودر سیر

یک ق غ پودر اورگانو

یک ق غ پودر پاپریکای دودی یا عادی

یک ق غ پودر زنجبیل

یک ق غ ریحان خشک

یک ق غ پودر تخم گشنیز

یک ق غ زردچوبه

نصف ق چ فلفل

یک و یک دوم ق چ نمک

طرز تهیه

مرغ هارا شسته و به قطعات متوسط ویا کوچک برش داده و روی سطح هر تکه گوشت را با چاقو برش دهید. داخل یک‌کاسه ی بزرگ شیر را با آبلیمو یا سرکه و نمک و فلفل مخلوط کنید. مرغ ها را داخل مخلوط شیر ریخته و خوب با شیر مخلوط کنید. در کاسه را گذاشته و در یخچال به مدت 76 ساعت نگه دارید و یا اگر عجله دارید حداقل به مدت یکساعت در شیر نگه دارید.

در مرحله ی بعدداخل یک‌کاسه ی بزرگ آرد را با نشاسته – پودر سیرنمک – فلفلپودر تخم گشنیزریحان خشکپودر زنجبیلزردچوبهپاپریکا و اورگانو مخلوط کنید. الان باید عِطر ادویه های مخلوط شده حسابی به مشام شما برسه.

حالایک‌کاسه آب و کاسه ی حاوی مخلوط آرد را کنار هم قرار دهید. همانطور که در تصویر مشاهده میکنید.

روغن به مقدار زیاد (به میزانی که مرغ ها زمان سرخ شدن در آن شناور شوند) داخل یک قابلمه ی گود ریخته اید آن را روی گاز قرار دهید تا خوب داغ شود

حالا تکه‌های مرغ را دانه دانه از داخل مخلوط شیر برداشته و در مخلوط آرد و ادویه به مدت یک دقیقه غلطانده و کاملن با آرد میپوشانیم. سپس آن را داخل کاسه ی آب کرده و تا 4 میشماریم.

مرغ را از داخل آب خارج کرده و دوباره در مخلوط آردبرای یک دقیقه قرار داده و با دست کاملن مرغ را با آرد میپوشانیم و باز آن را برای مرتبه ی دوم داخل آب کرده و تا 4 شمرده و برای

مرتبه سوم مرغ را داخل کاسه ی آرد قرار داده و کاملن با آرد می پوشانیم.

.

این مراحل را برای تمام تکه‌های مرغ انجام میدهیم.

سپس مرغ ها را داخل قابلمه با روغن داغ میریزیم حرارت را حالا متوسط کرده و مرغ ها را به مدت 2015 دقیقه سرخ میکنیم تا کاملن برشته و ترد و طلایی شوند در این مدت هم گوشت مرغ پخته می‌شود هم‌سطح خارجی آن کاملن ترد و برشته خواهد شد.
