Oven Baked Bread

This is a simple recipe for a very soft and easy home made bread نان with delicious taste. This recipe requires a few ingredients. It is a lovely bread for breakfast.

نان خانگی /home made bread

Oven Baked Bread

  • 1 kg plain flour
  • 650 ml lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp dried yeast
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  1. In a bowl, add 200ml lukewarm water, yeast and sugar. Stir and set the mixture aside to proof for 10-15 minutes.

    Then add, 450ml luke warm water and salt to the yeast mixture. Also gardually add flour to the liquid mixture



  2. and combine intgredients together and knead the dough until you have a non stick dough.



  3. Return the dough into the bowl. Cover the bowl with a tea towel or cling film




  4. and let rise for 1 hour and half, until doubled in size.



  5. Once the dough has risen, place it on a floured surface. knead the dough for a few minutes and divide it into 2 pieces.





  6. Preheat the oven to 180C degree.

    Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Put the each dough on a separate baking tray.



  7. Then cover them with tea towel and let set for 10 minutes.



  8. Next, Use your hand and slightly flatten the dough and give a round shape to the dough: as you see in the photos.




  9. Then, brush surface of the dough with sunflower oil, and cover them with kitchen towel for 15 minutes.



  10. Next, make a pattern on the dough




  11. and brush surface of dough with egg yolk, that add shine and colour to the dough.




  12. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Then remove the bread from the oven to cool completley.




نان تنوری

نان پیش رو یک نان تنوری خانگی با بافتی بسیار نرم و طعمی خوشمزه هست که فقط با چند ماده ی اولیه و آسان به راحتی میتوان نان خوشمزه و پربرکتی را تهیه کرد.

مواد لازم

یک کیلو گرم آرد سفید

ششصدو پنجاه میلی لیتر آب ولرم

یک ق غ شکر سفید

یک ق چ پودر خمیر مایه

یک ق چ نمک

یک عدد زرده تخم مرغ

دو ق غ روغن مایع

طرز تهیه

داخل یک‌کاسه دویست میلی لیتر آب ولرم یک ق چ خمیر مایه خشک و یک ق غ شکر را ریخته و باهم مخلوط مینماییم.

روی ظرف را به مدت دهپانزده دقیقه می پوشانیم تا مایه فعال شده و روی آن حباب‌های ریز ظاهر گردد.

وقتی مایه فعال شد به آن چهارصدو پنجاه میلی لیتر آب ولرم یک ق چ نمک اضافه کرده و یک کیلو گرم آرد را کم کم به آن افزوده و بادست مخلوط کرده و ورز میدهم تا یک خمیر نچسب درست شود.

بعد از تهیه خمیر آن را داخل ظرف گذاشته و روی آن را میپوشانیم و در یک محیط گرم به مدت یکساعت و نیم نگه میداریم تا حجم آن دوبرابر گردد.بعد از این مدت خمیر را روی سطح آردی قرار داده وبرای یکی دو دقیقه ورز داده و بعد خمیر را به دو قسمت می کنیم.حالا فر را روی 180 درجه سانتیگراد گرم میکنیم.داخل سینی فر را با کاغذ روغنی مخصوص آشپزی پوشانده و هر چانه را دریک سینی جداگانه قرا ر میدهیم و روی آن‌ها را پوشانده تا به مدت 10 دقیقه استراحت کنند.

بعد از این مدت با دست خمیر را پهن میکنیم تا به صورت یک دیسک یا دایره پهن در آید.سپس روی خمیرهای آماده شده مقداری روغن مایع میزنیم و روی خمیر ها را پوشانده تا به مدت 15 دقیقه استراحت کنند.

بعد از این مدت روی خمیرها را طرح زده و زرده تخم مرغ هم روی نان می زنیم تا باعث براقی و درخشندگی روی نانها شود..

خمیر ها را داخل فر قرار داده تا به مدت 25-20 دقیقه پخته شوند.

نان‌های پخته شده را از فر خارج کرده و میگذاریم تا سرد شوند و بعد برش میزنیم.
