Tiny Fruity Pies

Hello lovely people😊💖🌹, my following recipe is apple /blueberries pies. Seriously, it is super easy to make them + they look cute and delicious.

Tiny Fruity Pies

  • 150 g plain flour
  • 55 g unsalted butter
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Ingredients for filling

  • 2 small apples, peeld and chopped
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 35 g white sugar
  • 15 g unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  1. Mix together,chopped apple, sugar, butter and lemon juice.




  2. Place it on a low heat and cook unitl soft and tender. Or do same with blueberries instead of apples.




  3. Then, mix flour with baking powder and sift it.



  4. Next, add icing sugar. Use a spoon and mix all ingredients together.



  5. Add grated butter to the flour. Use your hand and mix ingredients.




  6. The add egg yolk, and rob the mixture



  7. until to make a light and fine breadcrumb texture.



  8. Grease cupcake cases as you see in the photos.



  9. Then spoon the mixture into the cupcake cases.



  10. Use bottom of a glass to press down the flour mixture.




  11. Add 1 tbsp of apple or blueberris mixture




  12. and top it with another spoon of flour mixture.



  13. Use your fingers and gentlry press down the flour.



  14. Bake them for 20 minutes. Then remove from the oven. Let them cool down completely and then, take out from the cupcake cases.



طرز تهیه پای میوه

سلام دوستان عزیز– – دستور تهیه پیش رو پای میوه ای هست . تهیه ی این شیرینی خیلی آسان هست + فوق‌العاده خوشمزه هست با ظاهری قشنگ

این شیرینی پای میوه ای رو من با سیب و بلو بری تهیه کردم ولی شما میتوانید یکی را انتخاب کنید.

مواد لازم

صدوپنجاه گرم آرد سفید

پنجاه و پنج گرم کره بدون نمک

پنجاه گرم پودر قند

یک زرده تخم مرغ

یک ق چ بیکینگ پودر

مواد لازم میانی

صدگرم بلوبریز

دو عدد سیب کوچک پوست گرفته و خرد شده

سی و پنج گرم شکر سفید

پانزده گرم کره بدون نمک

یک ق غ لیمو ترش

طرز تهیه

فر را روی 180 درجه سانتیگراد گرم کنید.

سیب خرد شدهیا بلوبریز را همراه با شکرلیمو ترش و کره داخل تابه ریخته و روی حرارت کم قرار دهید تا پخته و نرم شوند.

سپس اردو بیکینگ پودر را الک کرده و بعد پودر قند را افزوده و با یک قاشق مواد را هم می زنیم. سپس کره رارنده کرده و همراه زرده تخم مرغ به ارد اضافه نمود و با دست همه ی مواد را ورز میدهیم تا به صورت برد کرامب ریزیا نان خرد شده در آید

داخل قالب‌های کیک را با کره چرب میکنیم. . سپس یک ق غ آ مخلوط آردی را ته قالب ریخته و با ته یک فنجان روی آن فشار آورده تا به صورت منسجم در آید. سپس یک ق غ از مربای سیب یا بلوبری را روی آن ریخته و در انتها باز یک ق غ دیگر از مخلوط آردی را روی مربا میریزیم و مطابق تصاویر با دوانگشت و به صورت ملایم مواد را به سمت پایین فشار میدهیم.قالب را داخل فر قرار داده تا به مدت بیست دقیقه پخته شوند.

سپس آن‌ها را از فر خارج نموده و صبر میکنیم تا کاملن سرد شده و سپس از داخل قالب خارج میکنیم.

I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.     1. Salam dear Mojgan, if you have no access to fresh sour cherries, you can use canned cheeries or in jars. Also sometimes, you can find them in frozen section of supermarket. If you are living in UK, you can find them in Lidle and Tesco too. I hope my answer was helpful.
