Black Bean Soup

Preparing black bean soup from scratch is simple, and quick. Black beans contain fiber to keeps you feeling full, and they have vitamin B6. They are good to cotrol cholestrol in the blood.

Black Bean Soup

  • 800 g canned black bean, drained and rinsed
  • 1 large nion, finely diced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, finely diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 600 ml vegetable / chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  1. Chop onion, bell pepper and garlic.



  2. Heat 2tbsp Olive oil in a pot. Add onion and bell pepper. Give a stir and let them saute for 10 minutes unitl soft.




  3. Then add chopped garlic. Stir all ingredients and cook garlic for 2-3 minutes.



  4. Now, add vegetabl or chicken stock, along with black bean and season with some spices and dried herb: salt- chilli powder, cumin and driedoregano.





  5. Give all ingredients a stir. Bring it to a boil and keep boiling for10 minutes. Then, reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.



  6. Then, turn off the heat. Transfer half of the soup into a blender and blend it unitl puree.



  7. Return it back into the soup pot. Mix together.Now we get chunks and also creamy, rich and smooth soup.

    Befor server, adjust the seasoning. Garnish the soup with fresh herbs such as chopped spring onions, parsley, or Jalapeno peppers ,buttered bread and enjoy it.



سوپ لوبیا سیاه

آماده کرد سوپ لوبیا سیاه بسیار ساده و آسان و سریع هست. لوبیا سیاه ماده ی اصلی این سوپ حاوی فیبر و ویتامین ب6 میباشد. لوبیا سیاه در کنترل کلسترول خون نیز بسیار مؤثر میباشد. برای سریع‌تر شدن کار میشه از کنسرو لوبیا سیاه هم استفاده کرد.

مواد لازم

هشت صد گرم لوبیا سیاه کنسرویآب کنسرو دور ریخته شده و لوبیا شسته شود

یک عدد پیاز درشت نگینی خرد شده

یک عدد فلفل دلمه خرد شده

چهار حبه سیر نگینی خرد شده

ششصد میلی لیتر عصاره سبزیجات یا گوشت

یک ق غ پودر زیره

یک ق چ سبزی اورگانوی خشک

یک ق چ فلفل

نمک به میزان لازم

روغن زیتون

طرز تهیه

دو ق غ روغن را داخل قابلمه گرم کنید. پیاز و فلفل دلمه ی خرد شده را در تابه به مدت ده دقیقه تفت دهید و گاه گاهی هم بزنید تا نرم شوند. سپس سیر خرد شده را افزوده و دو سه دقیقه هم سیر را با باقی مواد تفت دهید.

حالاعصاره سبزیجات یا گوشت را همراه با لوبیا سیاه و نمکفلفلاورگانو و زیره به مواد داخل قابلمه اضافه کنید

همه ی مواد را با هم مخلوط کنیدو بگذارد که بجوش آید و به مدت ده دقیقه بجوشد. سپس حرارت گاز را کم کرده تا نیم ساعت به آرامی بپزد.

بعد از نیم ساعت گاز را خاموش کرده و نصف سوپ را داخل مخلوط کن ریخته و به صورت پوره در آورده تاسوپ کاملن به صورت نرم و یک‌دست شود. سپس آن را مجددن داخل قابلمه برگردانده و با باقی سوپ هم بزنید.

حالا بافت سوپ ما هم به نوعی خامه ای هست و هم مواد سوپ را میتوان دید.

روی سوپ را زمان سرو میتوان با کمی پیازچه یا جعفری خرد شدهیا فلفل هالوپیتو تزیین و با نان و کره سرو نمود.

I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
