Leopard Print Cookies

Hi everyone or as we say in Farsi: salam be hamegi سلام به همگی .

Well I am sure you have seen or bought leopard print shirt, coat, shoes, bag, …. so what about leopard print cookies کوکی پلنگی . They are buttery cookies and very easy to make them.

Leopard Print Cookies

  • 215 g all purpose flour
  • 125 g unsalted soft butter
  • 50 g powdered sugar/ icing sugar
  • 25 g powdered sugar/icing sugar
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

    Mix flour with 50g powdered sugar and set aside. In another bowl, mix soft butter with 25g powdere sugar, vanilla extract and egg yolk and combine well.



  2. Now, gradually add flour-sugar mixture to the butter and mix untilthe dough comes together.





  3. Divide the dough into 3 balls. One large , one medium and one smallsize dough.



  4. Add 2tbsp of cocoa powder to medium size dough along with 1ts pmilk and knead the dough until mix well.

    Add 1tbsp of cocoa poswer to small size of dough along with 1tsp milk and knead the dough well.




  5. Now, we have 3 shades of dough one light colour dough, one dark brown and one light brown dough. Wrap each dough in a plastic foil and refregerate them to set for 1hour.




  6. Now, take small pieces of cocoa dough and roll them into small balls.



  7. put the white dough on a piece of parchment paper. Place another piece of parchment paper on top and roll the dough flat (as you seein the photos).




  8. Place the dark cocoa balls onto the dough and flatten with your finger.




  9. Next, put light cocoa balls on top of the dark cocoa balls and press them down.



  10. Place parchment paper on top of the dough



  11. and gently press rolling pin, so cocoa dough balls stick to the white dough. So cocoa dough balls stick to the white dough.



  12. Remove parchment paper and cut the cookies with a cookie cutter. Place them on the baking tray and bake in preheated oven 180C/ 350F for 15-20 minutes or until golden.





کوکی پلنگی

سلام دوستان خوبید؟ مطمئنم که حتمن در مراکز خرید کیف و کفش و لباس با طرح پلنگی و خال خالی دیدید و خریدید. خوب فکر کنم حالا وقت کوکی پلنگی هست . این کوکی ها هم ظاهر خیلی قشنگ و متفاوتی دارند و هم طعم کره ای و خیلی هم آسون تهیه میشن.

مواد لازم

دویست پانزده گرم =یک و دوسوم پیمانه آرد همه منظوره

صدوبیست و پنج گرم = نصف پیمانه کره نرم

پنجاه گرم = نصف پیمانه پودرشکر

بیست و پنج گرم = یک چهارم پیمانه باز هم پودر شکر

بیست گرم = سه ق غ پودر کاکائو

یک عدد زرده تخم مرغ

یک ق چ عصاره وانیل

دو ق چ شیر

طرز تهیه

داخل سینی فر را با کاغذ روغنی آشپزی پوشانده و آماده نگه میداریم.

آرد را با پنجاه گرم پودر شکر مخلوط کرده و کنار میگذاریم. داخل یک‌کاسه ی دیگر کره ی نرم شده را با بیست و پنج گرم پودر شکرعصاره وانیل و زرده تخم مرغ همزده و خوب مخلوط میکنیم.

سپس آرد را کم کم به کره افزوده و همه ی مواد را مخلوط کرده تا به صورت یک خمیر یک‌دست در آید.خمیر را به سه قسمت میکنیم: یک چانه خمیر بزرگ یک چانه خمیر متوسط و یک چانه خمیر کوچک: مطابق تصویر

دو ق غ پودر کاکائو را همراه با یک ق چ شیر روی خمیر متوسط ریخته و ورز میدهیم . و بعد یک ق غ پودر کاکائو را همراه با یک ق چ شیر روی خمیر کوچک ریخته و آن را هم ورز میدهیم تا کاکائو با خمیر مخلوط شود.

حالا همانطور که در تصاویر ملاحظه میکنید سه خمیر به رنگ سفیدقهوه ای تیره و قهوه ای روشن داریم.

خمیرها را جداگانه با پلاستیک پوشانده و یک ساعت در یخچال نگه میداریم.

بعد از یکساعت خمیر های قهوه ای رنگ را مطابق تصاویر به شکل کوفته ریزدرمیاوریم. حالا روی کاغذ روغنی آشپزی خمیر سفید رنگ را قرار داده و روی آن باز یک ورق روغنی دیگر گذاشته و با وردنه خمیر را باز میکنیم.

در این مرحله اولی از کوفته ریزه های تیره رنگ به صورت پراکنده روی خمیر گذاشته و با نوک انگشت خمیر هارا کمی باز میکنیم.

بعد از گلوله های قهوه ای روشن‌تر برداشته وروی خمیر تیره گذاشته و آن‌ها را هم با انگشت کمی به پایین فشار میدهیم.

حالاکاغذ روغنی را روی خمیر قرار داده و با وردنه و به صورت ملایم روی خمیر میکشیم تا خمیرهای قهوه ای رنگ کاملن روی خمیر سفید پخش شده و بچسبند.

در این مرحله میتوانید با کاتر کوکی گرد یا هر شکلی که دوست دارید خمیر را برش داده و داخل سینی از قبل آماده شده چیده و در فر از قبل گرم شده با حرارت 180 درجه سانتیگیراد یا 350 درجه فارنهایت قرار داده تا به مدت 20-15 دقیقه یا زمانیکه طلایی شدن بپزند.
