Crispy Crunchy Macaroni

If you are looking for a delicious snack, here it is. Crispy and crunchy macaroni. A great idea for the time when we feel like munching.

Crispy Crunchy Macaroni

  • 2 cups macaroni (any shape)
  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp cron flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for coating would be your choice, like

  • Cheese powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Curry powder
  • Sugar for giving sweetness to macaroni
  • Dried herbs
  1. Ingredients




  2. Add water, some salt and oil to a pot. Bring the water to a boil and addmacaroni.



  3. Boil the pasta and stir it few times. Cook for about 10 minutes until it is soft.




  4. Next, remove from the heat and pour it into a strainer



  5. and rinse the macaroni with cold water. Drain it completely until get rid of extra water.



  6. Transfer the cooked macaroni into a bowl/plate. Add corn flour / plain flour, and salt.



  7. Mix well until coated with flour.



  8. Heat the oil in a pot. Add cooked macaroni. Reduce the heat to medium andfry macaroni until golden brown.




  9. Remove fried macaroni from the pot and toss with your favouriet aromatic spices, dried herbs and flavourful seasoning.



چیپس پاستا

سلام دوستان – اگر دنبال یک اسنک خوشمزه و جالب میگردید میتونید این چیپس پاستا ترد و خوشمزه رو هم در نظر بگیرید. این چیپس شبیه به ته دیگ ماکارونی هست و همچنان ترد و شکننده و خوشمزه. یک ایده ی عالی و آسون برای زمان تماشا کردن فیلم و سریال.

مواد لازم

دو پیمانه ماکارونی : با هر شکل و رنگی که دوست دارید

سه ق غ آرد سفید

دو ق غ آرد ذرت

نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز

روغن برای سرخ کردن

مواد لازم طعم دهنده مطابق سلیقه و ذائقه ی شخصی

پودر پنیر

پودر سیر

پودر ادویه کاری

سبزیجات خشک

یا حتی شکر که طعم شیرین به چیپس بدهد

طرز تهیه

مقداری آب – نمک و روغن را داخل قابلمه بجوش میاوریم. ماکارونی را داخل ابجوش ریخته و به مدت حدود ده دقیقه ماکارونی را پخته تا نرم شود.

سپس ماکارونی را داخل آبکش ریخته ورویش آب سرد ریخته و میگذاریم داخل آبکش کاملن آب اضافی ماکارونی خارج شود. سپس آرد سفید – آرد ذرت و کمی نمک روی ماکارونی ها ریخته و خوب ماکارونی ها را هم میزنیم تا آرد کاملن آنهارا بپوشاندد.

مقداری روغن را داخل قابلمه ریخته و داغ کرده و ماکارونی را داخل قابلمه ریخته و حرارت گاز را متوسط کرده تا در روغن سرخ شده و طلایی شوند.

و بعد روی ماکارونی های سرخ شده ادویه ها و یا طعم دهنده ی مورد نظر را زده و ماکارونی را هم میزنیم تا ادویه ها یا سبزیجات خشک کاملن با ماکارونی مخلوط شوند و بعد آماده ی نوش جان کردن هست.

I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
