How To Make lentil Salad

If you are looking for an all purpose salad, it is just here. It’s beyond delicious and easy salad to make with lentils and a few ingredients.

How To Make Lentil Salad

  • 1 cup cooked green/brown lentils
  • ½ cup cooked bulgur
  • Half of bell pepper, finely chopped
  • Small bunch of coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Small bunch of spring onions, finely chopped

Ingredients for dressing

  • 4 tbsp virgin olive oil1tbspdried dill leaves1lemon zestChilliflakes to taste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried dill leaves
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Chilli flakes to taste
  1. Ingredients




  2. place cooked lentils, bulgur, chopped bell pepper, coriander leaves and spring onions in a large bowl and gently mix all ingredients together.




  3. To prepare the dressing, mix olive oil, soy sauce, cider vinegar, dill leaves, lemon zest and chilli flakes and whisk until blended.










  4. Pour all of the dressing over the lentil salad and toss until thoroughly combined. Taste before serve and add salt or pepper if needed. Serve and enjoy it.



رمز و راز یک سالاد عدس خوشمزه

با استفاده از مقداری عدس سبز یا قهوه ای و کمی سبزیجات و یک سس کمتر معرفی شده میتوان یک سالاد عدس خوشمزه و سریع آماده کرد که هم میتونه به عنوان سالاد و هم به عنوان یک غذای سبک سرو بشه.

مواد لازم

یک پیمانه عدس پخته شده سبز یا قهوه ای

نصف پیمانه بلغور پخته شده

نصف فلفل دلمه ی رنگی که ریز خرد شده باشه

یک دسته ی کوچک گشنیز ریز خرد شده

یک دسته ی کوچک پیازچه ریز خرد شده

مواد لازم برای سس

چهار ق غ روغن زیتون

دو ق غ سویا سس

دو ق غ سرکه سیب

یک ق غ شوید خشک

آب یک لیمو ترش

مقداری فلفل خشک

طرز تهیه

داخل یک‌کاسه ی بزرگ – عدس پخته – بلغور – فلفل دلمه – گشنیز خرد شده و پیازچه های خرد شده را ریخته و با هم مخلوط کرده وکنار میگذاریم. برای تهیه ی سس تمام مواد لازم برای سس را داخل یک‌کاسه ریخته و هم زده و روی مخلوط عدس ریخته و تمام مواد را با هم مخلوط میکنیم.

به همین سادگی و به همین سرعت یک سالاد یا پیش غذای خوشمزه و سالم تهیه شد

قبل از سرو کردن میتونید مزه کنید و اگر نیاز به فلفل یا نمک بود اضافه کنید.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
