Son_In_Law Eggs Dish

Egg is one of those wonderful ingredients that in every country, you can find loads of recipes made with eggs: such as omelette, egg curry, frittata, spaghetti carbonara, eggs Benedict, tortilla Spanish, Scotch egg, pickled eggs, eggs soup , eggs salads and and and…

One of the most interesting egg dishes is called: son-in-law eggs. These hard boiled and crispy eggs make a delicious and easy Thai dish. The name of this dish is pretty interesting. As far as I understand, there are two different stories :

1- every Thai mothers make son-in-law eggs for their soon-to be son in law as a reminder to take care of their daughters.

2- it is a dish that a son-in-law cooks to impress his new mother-in-law

Although, in original recipe, for making chilli sauce, you need fish sauce, sugar and tmarind puree but I used tomato paste and chilli flakes.

Son-in-law-eggs dishh

  • 4 eggs, hard boiled and de-shelled
  • 1 small onion, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Chillli flakes and salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil
  1. Ingredients



  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the eggs until golden.




  3. Then, remove the eggs from the pan and halve the eggs lengthwise and place them in a serving dish.



  4. Add some oil to the same pan and fry onions until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.




  5. At the same pan, add tomato paste, chilli flakes, pinch of salt and water.. Simmer for 5 minutes over a low heat.

    Now pour the sauce over the eggs and sprinkle fried onions over the eggs and serve with cooked rice.





تخم مرغ تازه داماد

تخم مرغ یکی از مواد اولیه‌ای هست که در همه جای دنیا غذاهای مختلفی میشه با اون درست کرد. مثل املتکاری تخم مرغترشی و سالاد تخم مرغکوکو– – اسپاگتی کربونارااگز بندیکتاسپنیش تورتیااسکاچ اگزو و و…

یکی از جالب‌ترین غذاهایی که با تخم مرغ درست میشه به تخم مرغ تازه داماد معروف هست.یک غذای آسان و خوشمز ه ی تایلندی با نامی بسیار جالب. 

اسم این غذا در انگلیسی سان این لو هست و در مورد اسم این غذای تخم مرغی دو داستان هست:

الفاین غذا رو تازه داماد برای مادر زن درست میکنه تا مادر زن خود را سورپزایز کنه که تازه داماد خانواده آشپزی بلد هست.

بداستان دوم میگه این غذا رو مادر زن برای داماد آینده درست میکنه برای اینکه به او یادآوری کنه با دخترش در آینده خوب رفتار کنه و مهربون باشه

در نسخه ی اصلی : این غذا ترش و شیرین هست و نیاز به سسی داره که از ترکیب تمرهندیشکر و سس ماهی درست میشه ولی چون فکر کردم شاید با مزاج ما سازگار نباشه برای تهیه سس از رب گوجه‌فرنگی و فلفل استفاده کردم.

مواد لازم

چهار عدد تخم مرغ ابپز شده و پوست گرفته

یک عدد پیاز کوچک خلالی شده

دو ق غ رب گوجه‌فرنگی

دو ق غ آب

کمی فلفل خشک و نمک

روغن مایع

طرز تهیه

مقداری روغن را در تابه داغ کرده وتخم مرغ های آبپزشده را در روغن سرخ میکنیم تا طلایی شوند. تخم مرغ ها را از تابه خارج کرده و به صورت طولی از وسط نصف نموده و داخل بشقاب میچینیم. سپس مقداری روغن در همان تابه ریخته و پیاز خلالی شده را سرخ کرده و کنار میگذاریم.

در همان تابه رب گوچه فرنگی – ابفلفل خشک و نمک را ریخته و روی حرارت کم به مدت 5 دقیقه آن را میپزیم.

سس آماده شده را روی تخم مرغ هاریخته و روی آن را هم پیاز سرخ شده میریزیم و با کته سرو میکنیم.

اگر دوست دارید که طبق نسخه ی اصلی این غذارو درست کنید نیاز به دو ق غ شکردو ق غ تمرهندی و یک ق غ سس ماهی خواهد بود.
