Crispy Fried Butter, Honey and Sesame seeds Bread

If you are looking for a superrrrr easy, quick and beyond delicious dessert or snack, you are in right place.

Just With a few ingredients, you can make crispy, crunchy butter, honey/golden syrup bread with sesame seeds flavour.

Crispy Fried Butter, Honey And Sesame Bread

  • Slices of toast bread or tortilla bread
  • Some honey o golden syrup
  • Some sesame seeds
  • Butter for frying
  1. Ingredients



  2. Remove the brown edges of the bread slices. Then cut each slice of bread into strips. If you have tortilla bread, simply cut it into pieces.




  3. Melt the butter in a pan. Add honey or golden syrup and sesame seeds. Give a stir.





  4. Place slices of bread in the pan and fry each side until golden brown then flip them over and fry other side too.





  5. Remove them from the pan. At this step fried slices of bread are not crispy but let cool down and set for an hour.

    Now, they are crunchy, crispy and sooooo good to serve them with cup of tea or coffee. The combination of butter, and sesame seeds make this bread super yummy.



 

نان سوخاری عسلی

اگر دنبال یک دسر یا اسنک فوووووووق العاده خوشمزهسریع و آسون هستید یا یک موقع که دارید تلویزیون تماشا میکیند هیچی دم دست نیست – این دسر خوشمزه رو امتحان کنید.

فقط با چند تکه نان تست یا نان لواش – – عسل – کره این خوشمزه هارو فوری درست کنید.

مواد لازم

چنداسلایس نان تست یا نان لواش

مقداری عسل یا شیره طلایی: گولدن سیروپ ( میزان شیرینی را خودتان تنظیم کنید برای همین مقدار دقیق را ذکر نکردم)

کمی دانه کنجد

کره برای سرخ کردن

طرز تهیه

گوشه‌های نان تست را جدا کنید . میتونید این گوشه‌های نان رو خشک کرده و پودر کنید و ارد سوخاری درست کنید برای کتلت یا کباب.

بله وقتی گوشه‌های نون سوخاری را جدا کردید هر تکه نان را سه چهار برش طولی دهید. کره را در تابه آب کنید. عسل یا شیره طلایی و دانه کنجد را به کره افزوده هم بزنید. حالا نان‌ها برش خرده را در تابه قرار داده و سرخ کنید وقتی طلایی شد پشت و رو کنید تا سمت دیگر هم سرخ شود.

نان‌ها ر از تابه خارج کنید. در این مرحله نان‌های سرخ شده هنوز نرم هستند. بگذارید یکساعت بمانند . حالا کاملن ترد و کرانچی شدند و با یک فنجون چای یا قهوه عالی میشه مخصوصن طعم کره و کنجد در این نان سوخاری فوق‌العاده هست.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
