Stuffed Omelette With Rice/ Noodles

This is a supper easy and yummy omelette recipe for a quick meal.

Stuffed omelette with Rice/ Noodles

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup cooked rice
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp cooked green peas
  • 3 cooked mushrooms, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients for stuffed omelette with noodle

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pack of noodles
  • 3 cooked mushrooms, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil or butter
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté onion just until soft and tender.




  2. In a bowl with cooked rice, add sautéed onion, green peas and chopped mushroom. Season with salt and pepper and whisk all ingredients together.




  3. Crack the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Whisk the eggs with a fork.

    Heat the oil in a pan, over medium heat and pour in eggs and spread it evenly. Let the eggs firm up




  4. and then add rice mixture . Fold the omelette in a half moon shape. Continue to cookfor 1-2 minutes and now it is ready to serve.





  5. Cook the noodles following pack instructions.





  6. Put the chopped mushrooms in a bowl with eggs. Season with salt and pepper and whisk the eggs with a fork until thoroughly combined.

    Heat the oil in a pan, over medium heat and pour in the eggs mixture and spread it evenly.




  7. Let the eggs firm up until the eggs mixture holds together. Add noodles




  8. and gently fold the omelette in a half moon shape. Let it cook for 1-2minutes and it is done.




املت شکم پر برنج / نودل

املت شکم پر یک غذای سریع و آسان هست و به صورت سلیقه ای میتوان مواد مختلفی برای این نوع املت بکار برد مثل پنیریا سبزیجات و سوسیس و کالباس. طرزتهیه املت شکم پر هم بسیار ساده و آسون و در عین حال خیلی خوشمزه هست. من دونوع املت رو معرفی کردم یکی با برنج و دیگری با نودلز. . اگر بدنبال یک غذای فوری هستید این میتونه یک گزینه ی مناسب باشه

مواد لازم برای املت برنج

سه عدد تخم مرغ

نصف پیمانه برنج پخته شده

یک عدد پیاز خیلی کوچک نگینی خرد شده

یک ق غ نخود سبز پخته

سه عدد قارچ آبپز شده

نمک و فلفل به میزان لازم

روغن یا کره

مواد لازم برای املت نودل

سه عدد تخم مرغ

یک بسته نودل

سه عدد قارچ آبپز شده و خرد شده

نمک و فلفل

روغن یا کره

برای تهیه املت شکم پر برنجروغن را در تابه گرم کرده و پیاز خرد شده را تفت میدهیم که فقط نرم شود. داخل یک‌کاسه برنج پخته شده – پیاز تفت

داده – نخود سبز و قارچ خرد شده را ریخته و نمک و فلفل اضافه نموده و همه ی مواد را با هم مخلوط میکنیم.

تخم مرغ ها را داخل یک‌کاسه شکسته و با نمک و فلفل هم می زنیم. داخل تابه کمی روغن را گرم کرده و تخم مرغ را داخل تابه ریخته تا تمام کف تابه را بپوشاند . وقتی تخم مرغ خودرا گرفت و سفت شدمخلوط برنج را یک قسمت املت ریخته و با یک کفگیر طرف دیگر املت را برگردانید تا املت به شکل ماه هلالی در آید. . اجازه دهید یکی دودقیقه به همین وضعیت روی حرارت مانده و بفرمایید املت ما حاضر هست.

برای تهیه املت نودل= ابتدا نودل را مطابق طرز تهیه نوشته شده در بسته ی آن آماده میکنیم. سپس قارچ خردشده را با تخم مرغ ها داخل کاسه قرار داده و کمی نمک و فلفل افزوده و تخم مرغ ها را با یک چنگال هم می‌زنیم

مقداری روغن را در تابه گرم کرده و مخلوط تخم مرغ داخل تابه ریخته بطوری که کف تابه را بپوشاند. زمانی که املت سفت شدنودل آماده شده را یک سمت املت پخش کرده و با یک کفگیر سمت دیگر املت را روی نودل برمیگردانیم و به مدت یکی دو دقیقه دیگر املت را پخته و حالا این املت هم آماده هست.

I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
