Onion Omelette Stuffed Tomatoes

If you want to try a new way of cooking omelette, then, do not move, sit back and read this recipe. It is tasty tomatoes are stuffed with eggs, caramelized onions and spices.

Just with a few ingredients you can create such a scrumptious dish.

Keep in mind that I am not adding the amount of ingredients because it will vary on the amount of stuffed tomatoes you will be making.

Onion Omelette Stuffed Tomatoes

  • salt- pepper and garlic powder to taste
  1. Ingredients



  2. Cut top of the tomatoes and save them. We will need them later. Carefully scoop the seeds and all pulp out with a spoon.



  3. Then add pulp and seeds of tomatoes into a bowl. Add eggs, fried onions and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.




  4. Beat the egg mixture. Using a small spoon and fill the tomatoes with the egg mixture

  6. Put the tops back on the tomatoes.



  7. Add some oil to a pan and set the tomatoes in it.

    Cover the pan with a lid and cook them in a pan until tomatoes are tender and eggs are fully cooked.



  8. A wonderful omelette using fresh stuffed tomatoes are ready to serve.



گوجه‌فرنگی شکم پر

اگر دنبال یک روش تازه برای درست کردن املت هستید شاید ازاین مدل املت خوشتون بیاد.

هم سریع آماده میشه هم مواد زیادی نیاز نیست و اینکه خوشمزه هم هستند. مقدار مواد لازم را ذکر نکردم چون خودتون میتونید با توجه به اندازه گوجه‌فرنگی ها آن‌ها را تنظیم کنید

مواد لازم

تخم مرغ

گوجه‌فرنگی

مقداری پیاز سرخ شده

نمک و فلفل و پودر سیر به میزان نیاز

روغن زیتون

طرز تهیه

قسمت بالایی و سر گوجه‌فرنگی هارا جداکرده و کنار میگذاریم چون بعدن به آن‌ها نیاز داریم. با یک قاشق داخل گوجه‌فرنگی ها را خالی کرده و داخل یک‌کاسه میریزیم.سپس پیاز سرخ شده – تخم مرغ – نمک – فلفل و پودر سیر را هم افزوده و خوب همه مواد را با هم مخلوط میکنیم.

با یک قاشق از مایه تخم مرغ داخل گوجه‌فرنگی ها ریخته و آن‌ها را پر میکنیم. سپس سر گوجه‌فرنگی ها را روی گوجه ها قرار میدهیم. داخل تابه مقداری روغن زیتون ریخته و گوجه را داخل تابه چیده و درتابه را میگذاریم و روی حرارت متوسط قرار میدهیم تا بپزند یعنی تا زمانی که گوجه‌فرنگی ها نرم شده و تخم مرغ ها پخته شده باشند.

Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
