Orange Fritters Recipe فریتر پرتقالی

This is a recipe for orange doughnuts دونات پرتقالی with texture of fritters. The recipe is not complicated at all and just in 15 minutes they are ready to serve. So, If you want a quick, citrusy and fatty doughnut this is it, with awesome flavour and it is an absolute MUST.

فریتر پرتقالی

Orange Fritters Recipe فریتر پرتقالی

  • 350 g plain flour
  • 180 ml milk
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 30 g White sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large orange or lemon peel
  • pinch of salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Ingredients for coating

  • some sugar and cinnamon mixture
  • or some powdered sugar
  1. Ingredients





  2. Mix flour , baking powder and salt together. Sift it into a large bowl. Add sugar too and give a stir.




  3. Next, pour in milk, oil and orange/lemon peel.





  4. Use your hand and knead dough. It will come together very quickly and you have a nice and non-stick dough as you see in the photos.




  5. Place the dough on a floured surface and divide it into 12-13 pieces. Or, into small dough balls, as you see in the photos.






  6. Flatten the dough without rolling pin and simply use your hands. Or make tiny dough balls.




  7. Heat a good amount of oil in a pot and fry them until nicely golden. Then remove doughnuts, from the oil and coat them with mixture of sugar -cinnamon or just powdered sugar (it’s optional)

    They are fluffy and perfectly cooked. If you try these citrusy fritters, you would love them.




طرز تهیه فریتر پرتقالی

فریتر به گروهی از غذاهای سوخاری شده گفته میشه – شاید بشه نوعی کتلت هم گفت که میتونه به صورت غذا باشه یا دسر و شیرینی. مثل فریتر سیب زمینی یا تمپورای ژاپنی که با سبزیجات و میگو درست میشه و یا همین فریتر پرتقالکه امروز درست کردم.

گاهی در زبان انگلیسی وقتی دونات یا همون پیراشکی خودمون رو درست کنن از کلمه فریتر هم استفاده میشه.

این دونات ها در عرض 20-15 دقیقه آماده ی سر و هستن.. خیلی خوشمزه هستن – وفوری درست میشن. نیاز هم به فر یا همزن برقی نیست.

مواد لازم

سیصدوپنجاه گرم آرد

صدوهشتادمیلی لیتر شیر

سی میلی لیتر روغن مایع

سی گرم شکر سفید

دو ق چ بیکینگ پودر

پوست رنده شده یک پرتقال یا لیمو ترش

یک پنسه نمک

روغن مایع برای سرخ کردن

مواد لازم برای روی فریتر

مخلوط شکر و پودر دارچین

یا شکر پودر شده

طرز تهیه

آردبیکینگ پودر و نمک را با هم مخلوط وبعد آرد را الک میکنیم. حالا شکر را هم اضافه کرده و همه ی مواد را یک هم سریع میزنیم.

الان وقت اضافه کردن شیرروغن مایع و پوست رنده شده پرتقال یا لیمو ترش به مخلوط آرد هست

نیازی به همزن برقی نیست با دست همه ی مواد را با هم ترکیب کرده و دوسه دقیقه که ورز بدهیم یک خمیر یک‌دست – نچسب و نرم خواهیم داشت.

روی سطح آردی خمیر را قرار داده و به 13-12 قسمت برش می‌دهیم و یا مثل من می تونید مقداری از خمیر را به اندازه گردو برش دهید.

خمیر ها ی برش داده را همانطور که در تصاویر ملاحظه میکنید با دست مسطح کنید و به اندازه یک نعلبکی باز کنید. و یا خمیر های ریز را به صورت توپک های کوچک شکل دهید.

مقدار مناسبی روغن مایع را در قابلمه داغ کنید. خمیرهارا به آرامی که دستتون نسوزه داخل روغن قرار داده تا سرخ و طلایی شوند.

فریترهای آماده شده را داخل مخلوط شکر و دارچین یا پودر شکر قرار داده تا شکری شوند.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
