Raisins and orange loaf cake کیک کشمشی پرتقالی

Hi dear friends! hope you are doing well so far. Today, I prepared raisins cake with orange flavour. Sometimes, simple, easy and nice cakes, has the greatest impact and this raisins and orange cake is one of those. It’s easy and fast and citrusy raisins cake and it is yummy enough to be enjoyed any time of day. 

Raisins Orange Loaf Cake

  • 200 g plain flour
  • 150 g raisins
  • 150 g unsalted and soft butter
  • 150 g icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp orange extract
  • pinch of salt
  1. Ingredients



  2. Preheat the oven to 160C. Grease a loaf tin.

    Mix flour, salt and baking powder together and sift it.



  3. Keep raisins in boiled water for 5 minutes



  4. In a separate bowl, mix icing sugar with butter and orange extract until soft and creamy.




  5. Then, add 2 eggs and keep stirring until well combined.




  6. Drain raisins and add them to flour. Give a quick stir.





  7. Add butter-sugar mixture to flour. Use a spoon and mix all ingredients together..




  8. Transfer cake batter to prepared tin and bake in preheated oven for 60-70 minutes or until cake is golden brown and firm to the touch.

    Once cake is ready. Leave in the tin until completely cooled. Sprinkle cake with icing sugar andddd it is ready to serve with a cuppa chai or coffee.




کیک کشمش و پرتقال

گاهی اوقات یک کیک ساده و آسون بهترین مزه رو داره و این کیک کشمشی با طعم و عطرپرتقالی یکی از همون کیک هاست که برای دورهمی های عصرانه یا صبحانه خیلی مناسبه

این کیک طرز تهیه خیلی آسون و سریعی داره و به‌قدری خوشمزه میشه که فکر نکنم بیشتر از یک روز بشه در برابرش مقاومت کرد و آدم هی میخواد با یک فنجون چای یا قهوه یک برش کیک هم بخوره..

مواد لازم

دویست گرم آرد

صدوپنجاه گرم کره ی نرم

صدوپنجاه گرم پودر شکر

صدوپنجاه گرم کشمش

دو عدد تخم مرغ

یک ق چ بیکینگ پودر

یک ق چ عصاره پرتقال

یک پنس نمک

طرز تهیه

فر را روی 160 درجه سانتیگراد گرم کرده و داخل قالب کیک را خوب چرب کرده و آماده نگه میداریم

روی کشمش ها آبجوش ریخته تا به مدت 5 دقیقه داخل آبجوش مانده و بعد داخل ابکش ریخته تا کاملن آب اضافی گرفته شود . آردبیکینگ پودر و نمک را با هم مخلوط میکنیم و بعد آرد الک میشود. داخل یک‌کاسه دیگر پودر شکرعصاره پرتقال و کره رابا همزن برقی میزنیم تا به صورت نرم و کرم مانند در آید. سپسدو عدد تخم مرغ را اضافه کرده و همچنان مواد داخل کاسه را هم میزنیم تا خوب با هم مخلوط شوند

کشمش های خشک شده را داخل آرد ریخته و مخلوط کنید . این کار باعث میشه کشمش ها زمان پخت کیک ته نشین نشوند سپس مخلوط کره و شکر را روی آرد ریخته و با یک لیسک یا قاشق چوبی همه مواد را خوب مخلوط کنید تا یک‌دست شود.

مایه کیک را داخل قالب چرب شده ریخته و در فر از قبل گرم شده با دمای 160 درجه سانتی گراد به مدت 70-60 دقیقه بپزید. زمان در فرهای مختلف میتونه متفاوت باشه

Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
