Horiatki or village/country salad is a traditional Greek salad, it is a refreshing salad made with fresh vegetables and the dressing is a generous amount of Olive oil, mixed with lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Ingredients 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 cucumber, chopped lettuce, cut into pieces 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
