The Most Delicious Orange Pound Cake

If you enjoy pound cakes, you will appreciate this recipe for orange pound cake کیک پرتقالی. This delicious orange pound cake loaf is soft, rich, buttery cake, with big orange flavour , smooth with a velvety crumb texture. It is easy to make this cake and It will absolutely brighten up your day.

Orange Pound cake کیک پرتقالی

The Most Delicious Orange Pound Cake

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g soften butter
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tsp orange extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  1. Ingredients





  2. Pre heat the oven to 180C. Grease a loaf pan and line the base with parchment paper and set aside.



  3. Ina large bowl, mix powdered sugar, orange extract and butter, until well combined and fluffy.




  4. Add the eggs in, one at a time and whisk it.



  5. Add flour, milk powder, baking powder and baking soda to the butter mixture. Mix all ingredients until incorporated.




  6. Next, transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth top of the batter. Dip spatula in water and make a vertical line on batter. Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.

اگر از کیک اسفنجی خوشتون میادکیک پرتقالی یکی از آسانترینساده‌ترین و کم زحمت ترین کیک هاست. این کیک زیبا دارای بافتی نرم و مخملی هست . طرز تهیه اش بسیار آسونه و عِطر و طعم پرتقال تمام خونه را برمیداره.

مواد لازم

یک پیمانه آرد سفید

نصف پیمانه پودر شکر

دو عدد تخم مرغ

صد گرم کره ی نرم و به دمای محیط رسیده= یعنی کره را قبل از استفاده از یخچال خارج کرده تا نرم شود

یک ق غ پودر شیر قنادی (نه شیر خشک بچه)

یک ق چ عصاره ی پرتقال

نصف ق چ بیکینگ پودر

یک چهارم ق چ بیکینگ سودا

طرز تهیه

فر را روی 180 درجه سانتیگراد گرم میکنیم و قالب مخصوص کیک را چرب کرده و کف قالب را با کاغذ آشپزی پوشانده و کنار میگذاریم.

داخل یک‌کاسه بزر پودر شکر – عصاره پرتقال و کره را با هم مخلوط میکنیم تا یک‌دست شده وبافتی کرم مانند بگیرد. سپس تخم مرغ ها را هر بار یک عدد به مواد داخل کاسه افزوده و هم میزنیم. در مرحله ی بعدیآردپودر شیربیکینگ پودر و بیکینگ سودا را به مواد مخلوط شده ی بالا افزوده و همه ی مواد را با هم مخلوط میکنیم تا کاملن ترکیب شوند.

مایه کیک را داخل قالب آماده شده ریخته وبعد قاشق یا کفگیر را داخل آب سرد کرده و روی مایه کیک یک خط افقی

میکشیم.

قالب را داخل فر از قبل گرم شده قرار داده تا به مدت 40-35 دقیقه بپزد. برای اطمینان از پخت کیک میتوانید یک چوب کبریت را داخل کیک فرو کرده و اگر چوب کبریت خشک بود به این معناست که کیک کاملن پخته است.

کیک را از فر خارج نموده و میگذاریم به مدت ده دقیقه داخل قالب مانده و کمی سرد شود و سپس از داخل قالب خارج کرده و وقتی کاملن سرد شد کیک را اسلایس میکنیم.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
