How to Make Easy Cheesy Bread

If you love cheese and bread like me, so give a try to this recipe. It is Perfect to go with soups.

Making this beautiful home made cheesy bread is easier than you have imagined. The outside of the bread is golden and crispy while the inside is soft.

How to Make Easy Cheesy Bread

  • 300 g plain flour
  • 200 ml lukewarm milk
  • 15 g dry yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1½ tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt

Ingredients for topping

  • 1 egg yolk
  • some cheese of your choice, I used a collection of cheese that I had in the fridge like Cheddar cheese, Feta cheese

  2. Combine lukewarm milk, oil, 1 egg, sugar, salt and yeast in a large mixing bowl.





  3. Add flour and stir it all together with a spoon until it is all well combined.



  4. Now, you have a slightly lose dough.



  5. Cover the bowl with a kitchen cloth and let your dough rise for 1 hour.




  6. After an hour, Preheat the oven to 180C degree. Line the baking tray with parchment paper.

    place the dough on a floured surface.



  7. Sprinkle top of the the dough with flour and slightly stretch and fold the dough 3-4 times until you have a nice and soft but not lose dough as you see in the photos.




  8. Place the dough on the baking tray and shape the dough into a round disk. Brush it with egg yolk. Then topping with cheese. Bake the bread at 180Cfor 20-25 minutes.






  9. Remove your cheesy bread from the oven and let it completely cool and then cut it and serve.



طرز تهیه نون پنیری آسون

اگر مثل من عاشق نون و پنیر هستید – پس حتمن این طرز تهیه رو امتحان کنید. نون خیلی خوشمزه ای هست که هم به تنهایی خوشمزه هست وهم در کنار انواع سوپ ها.

درست کردن این نون پنیری از آنچه که فکر میکنید آسونتر هست . روی این نون خوشمزه ترد و طلایی وداخلش نرم هست.. میتونید تا چندین روز این نون رو داشته باشید و موقع مصرف کردن داخل فر بگذارید تا درعرض دو سه دقیقه مجددن گرم و ترد بشه

مواد لازم

سیصد گرم آرد + 4-3 ق غ اضافه

دویست میلی لیتر شیر ولرم

پانزده گرم پودر خمیر مایه

یک عدد تخم مرغ

یک زرده تخم مرغ

سه ق غ روغن مایع

یک و یک دوم ق غ شکر

دو ق چ نمک

برای روی نان

یک زرده تخم مرغ

مخلوطی از انواع پنیر: من از هر پنیری که در یخچال داشتم استفاده کردم مثل پنیر چدارپنیر فتا یا همون پنیر تبریزی خودمون .

طرز تهیه

داخل یک‌کاسه ی بزرگ شیر ولرمروغن مایعیک عدد تخم مرغشکرنمک و پودر خمیر مایه را ریخته و هم می زنیم. در مرحله ی بعدیآرد را اضافه کرده و با یک قاشق همه ی مواد را خوب با هم مخلوط میکنیم . حالا ما یک خمیری داریم که کمی شل هست. کاسه ی حاوی خمیر را با یک دستمال پوشانده ودر یک جای گرم قرار میدهیم تا به مدت یکساعت بمونه و حجمش دوبرابر بشه.

بعد از یکساعت – فر را روی 180 درجه سانتیگراد گرم میکنیم و داخل سینی فر را هم با کاغذ روغنی پوشانده و آماده نگه میداریم

از اون سه چهار ق غ خوری آرد که قبلن گفته بودم کمی روی سطح کار ریخته و خمیر را روی سطح کار قرار داده و روی آن باقی آرد را میپاشیم و سه چهار مرتبه خمیر را کش میدهیم و دوباره تا میکنیم

ولی منظور این نیست که با دست ورز بدهیم.  فقط سه چهار مرتبه که خمیر رو باز و بسته کردیم کاملن به صورت یک خمیر خوب و منسجم درمیاد همونطور که در تصاویر ملاحظه میکنید. خمیر را داخل سینی فرا و روی کاغذ روغنی قرار داده وبا دست آن را به صورت گرد بازمیکنیم.

روی خمیر را زرده تخم زده پنیر های رنده و خرد شده را روی خمیر پخش میکنیم.

سینی را داخل فر گذاشته تا با 180 درجه سانتیگراد و به مدت 25-20 دقیقه پخته و طلایی شود.

حالا نان را از فر خارج کرده و وقتی کاملن سرد شد آن را برش میدهیم. نوش جان
