من یک یوتیوبر، مدرس آشپزی و عکاس هستم که ماموریت داره دنیای آشپزی ایرانی رو به آشپزخانه شما بیاره. عاشق عکاسی یا به عبارتی شکار لحظه ها هستم . به همین خاطر من و دوربینم دوستان خیلی صمیمی هستیم و هر وقت به جایی سفر میکنم، صدها عکس از آدم‌ها، غذاها و طبیعت میگیرم.
Iranian cuisine is a vibrant explosion of flavor, influenced by the rich tapestry of ethnicities including: Persian, Azari, Gilak, Mazandarani, kurd, Lur, Arab, Baloch and each region boasts its own culinary treasures.
Imagine fluffy saffron rice, succulent meats like chicken, lamb, or fish, all generously adorned with colorful fruits, nuts, and fresh herbs. A symphony of spices like saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, and turmeric dances on your taste buds, while pops of tartness from dried limes and rose petals add a unique touch.
آشپزی ایرانی تلفیقی پرشور و رنگارنگ از طعم هایی هست که تحت تاثیر بافت غنی قومیت های مختلف ایرانی، از جمله فارس، آذری، گیلکی، مازندرانی، کرد، لر، عرب و بلوچ شکل گرفته و هر منطقه گنجینه های آشپزی خاص خودشو داره.
تصور کنید پلو زعفرانی نرم و لطیف، خورشت های بی نظیر با گوشت‌های آبدار مانند مرغ، بره یا ماهی، که همگی با میوه‌های رنگارنگ، مغزیجات و سبزی‌های خوش عطر و بو تزئین شده‌اند. بکارگیری ادویه‌هایی مانند زعفران، دارچین، هل و زردچوبه که روی ذائقه شما می‌رقصند، در حالی که طعم ترش لیمو عمانی و گلبرگ‌های گل رز، حس منحصر به فردی به آن می‌بخشند.
My recipes are family-tested and approved! I learned them from generations of amazing women, starting with my incredible mother. Now, I’m sharing these treasured traditions with you, in both Farsi and English, with easy-to-follow instructions and stunning step-by-step photos (all taken by me!).
Over the years, I’ve honed my skills, experimenting with exciting fusion dishes that blend the best of Western and Middle Eastern flavours. But my heart truly lies in preserving forgotten treasures of Persian cuisine. By sharing these hidden gems with step-by-step recipes and mouth-watering photos, I hope to bring them back to life on kitchen tables around the world.

دستورهای غذایی من امتحان‌شده و تایید شده‌ی خانواده هستند! دستور تهیه این غذاهای اصیل نسل به نسل گشته و به دست من رسیده که از مادر عزیزم، یاد گرفتم وحالا این دستورپخت های ارزشمند را با شما، به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی، با دستورالعمل‌های آسان و عکس‌های مرحله به مرحله (که همه توسط خودم گرفته شده)، به اشتراک می‌گذارم.
با گذشت سال‌ها، مهارت‌های خودم رو تقویت کردم و با غذاهای ترکیبی هیجان‌انگیزی که بهترین طعم‌های غربی و خاورمیانه‌ای رو با هم ترکیب می‌کنه، تجربه کسب کردم. اما قلب من واقعاً برای حفظ گنجینه‌های فراموش‌شده‌ی آشپزی ایرانی می‌تپه. با به اشتراک گذاشتن این گوهرهای پنهان با دستورالعمل‌های مرحله به مرحله و عکس های آنها، امیدوارم بتونم این غذاها را دوباره روی میزهای آشپزی سراسر دنیا زنده کنم.
