How to make potato peel chips

If you have lots of potatoes and you don’t know what to do with potato skins, simply, don’t bin those potato skins, and make crispy crunchy potato peel chips.

There are 10s of ways to flavour these potato skins chips and basically you would need potatoes as much as you want, oil and salt.

How to make potato peel chips

  • 5 large potatoes
  • Olive oil or any other vegetable oil
  • salt pepper and Cajun spice to taste
  1. Ingredients



  2. Preheat the oven to 200C degree.

    First thing is first. Wash potatoes and dry well before you peel them.



  3. Peel potatoes with potato peeler.





  4. Place. potato skins on baking tray. Add salt, pepper, Cajun



  5. and sprinkle with olive oil. Use your hand and give a quick stir. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until crispy, crunchy and golden.





چطور چیپس پوست سیب زمینی درست کنیم

سیب زمینی خیلی خوشمزه هست ونه تنها با خود سیب زمینی میشه هزاران غذادرست کرد با پوست سیب زمینی هم میشه یک چیپس عالییییییی تهیه کرد.

پس اگر پوست سیب زمینی دارید آنهارو دور نریزید و با هاش یک چیپس خوشمزهتررررد ومشتی درست کنید. پوست سیب زمینی هم مثل خود سیب زمینی هم خوشمزه هست و هم اینکه پر از خواص مفید برای بدن ماهست پس سعی کنید همیشه سیب زمینی رو با پوست بخورید .

از خوبی دیگه ی این چیپس این هست که میشه از هر نوع ادویه یا سبزی خشکی که دوست دارید بکار ببرید و بهش طعم بدهید. البته فقط با کمی روغننمک و فلفل هم اگر این چیپس رو درست کنید محشره ولی بازهم میل خودتونه و میتونید ادویه های دیگری هم اضافه کنید

ولی کلن چیزهایی که برای درست کردن این چیپس نیاز هستشامل: پوست سیب زمینی هر چقدر که دوست داریدروغن و نمک . همین و همین

موادلازم

پنچ عدد سیب زمینی درشت

روغن زیتون یا هر روغن مایع دیگر

نمک – فلفل و ادویه کاجون به میزان نیاز

طرز تهیه

فر را روی 200 درجه سانتیگراد گرم میکنیم.

سیب زمینی ها را خوب شسته و خشک میکنیم. با پوست کن – پوست سیب زمینی ها رو جدا میکنیم.

پوست ها را داخل سینی فر ریخته – ادویه ها و روغن بهش اضافه کرده و با دست همه رو با هم مخلوط کرده و داخل سینی پخش میکنیم: همانطور که در تصاویر ملاحظه میکنید.

همین. داخل فر قرار میدهیم تا به مدت 15-10 دقیقه ترد و کریسپی بشه .البته فرها با هم فرق دارن و ممکنه کمی طولانی‌تر یا زودتر چیپس آماده بشه .

اگر هم فر نیست میشه مثل سیب زمینی معمولی در تایه و روی گاز سرخشون کرد.
