سلام دوستان – تمام چیزهایی که دوست دارید در مورد کیلت- لباس ملی و سنتی اسکاتلند بدونید در این ویدیو هست. کیلت یا دامن پشمینه اسکاتلندی در طرح – و رنگ های متنوع و متفاوتی هست که به تارتن معروف میباشد. هر طایفه وخانواده اسکاتلندی یک طرح یا تارتن خاص دارن که معرف خاندان آنهاست. در این فروشگاهی که در ویدیو میبیند- کیلت شامل یک دامن هست که تقریبن به طول 6 متر و به عرض 1.40 متر بوده. البته در زمان حاضر اندازه ها کمتر شده اند. وقتی طول کیلت بلند بود مقداری از آن را دور کمر بسته و باقی کیلت را به صورت شال روی دوش انداخته و یا حتی یک بقچه مانند درست میکردندکه روی دوش شخص قرار میگرفت. کیلت همراه با یک کت – پپراهن و زیورآلات مربوط همراه هست – که معمولن در مراسم ازدواج و مراسم خاص و سنتی مردان و پسران به تن میکنند. وقتی به یک فروشگاه خرید کیلت بروید دامن و کت مورد نظر را انتخاب میکنید و بعد پیراهن مربوط به این لباس و زیور الات لازم را هم که باید با لباس همراه باشد برای شما انتخاب میکنند همانطور که عروس تور به سر دارد – داماد اسکاتلندی هم از روی کت یک شال پشمی روی دوش قرار میدهد. رنگ کراوات داماد با رنگ لباس ساقدوش عروس یکرنگ خواهد بود. اگر ساقدوش های عروس رنگ آبی به تن داشته باشند کراوات داماد هم رنگ آبی خواهد بود.

I share my recipes in Farsi/English along with step by step photos of preparation. I take all my own pictures. I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
