Potato pizza پیتزا سیب زمینی

I guess for pizza and potato lovers this recipe might be   an amazing idea. So delicious, very easy recipe and prepared in half an hour. No need to dough or flour. Simply with potatoes make it.

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, washed and sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • Salami slices
  • Mixed pizza cheese
  • 2tbsp black olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1tsp oregano powder
  • 1tbsp tomato paste
  • 1tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1tbsp Olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to make it?????

Preheat the oven at 200C degree. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the potatoes and with a sharp knife cut vertical and horizontal narrow lines on each slice of potato as you see in the photos.Place them on the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Spray oil on potato slices and allow to roast for 15-20 minutes.

While potatoes are in the oven, prepare the sauce: in a bowl add 1tbsp oil, tomato paste, tomato ketchup, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix together.

Remove potato tray from the oven. Add enough sauce mix to cover top of potatoes. Sprinkle on the grated cheese, followed by chopped bell pepper, olive and salami.

Cook the pizza in the oven for next 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and serve them.

برای درست کردن این غذا شما باید پیتزا و سیب زمینی دوست باشید. تهیه این نوع پیتزا از چندین نظر به نفع ماست:

این پیتزا خیلیییییییی آسونه –

به خمیر پیتزا نیاز نداره

تهیه کردنش نیم ساعت فقط طول میکشه .

خیلی پر برکته

می تونید با انواع سوسیس یا کالباس مورد علاقه اتان درستش کنید

یا می تونید فقط با سبزیجات تهیه اش کنید

خلاصه واقعن پیتزای خاص و لذیذی هست

مواد لازم

دو عدد سیب زمینی خیلی بزرگ – شسته و ورقه ورقه شده

یک عدد فلفل دلمه رنگی نگینی خرد شده

چند ورقه سالامی یا هر سوسیس و کالباسی که مایلید

پنیر پیتزای مخلوط رنده شده ( می تونید چند نوع پنیر رو با هم مخلوط کنید که طعم بیشتری درست کنه)

دو ق غ زیتون سیاه خرد شده

یک ق چ پودر آویشن یا همان اورگانو

یک ق غ رب گوجه‌فرنگی

یک ق غ کچاپ

یک ق غ روغن زیتون یا هر روغن مایع دیگر

نمک و فلفل به میزان نیاز

طرز تهیه

فر را روی حرارت 200 درجه سانتیگراد گرم کنید. داخل سینی فر را با کاغذ روغنی آشپزی بپوشانید. سیب زمینی ها را شسته و به صورت حلقه های نازک برش دهید. ضخامت سیب زمینی ها را در تصاویر زیر می بینید.

روی سیب زمینی ها را با یک کارد تیز برش های طولی و عرضی دهید و بعد داخل سینی فر بچینید. روی سیب زمینی های برش داده را کمی نمک و فلفل پاشید و روغن روی آن‌ها بزنید.

سیب زمینی ها را داخل ف گذاشته تا به مدت 15 دقیقه بپزند. تا آماده شدن سیب زمینی ها سس پیتزا را حاضر می کنیم: داخل یک‌کاسه یک ق غ روغن زیتون رب گوجه‌فرنگی – کچاپ – پودر آویشن و نمک و فلفل را مخلوط می کنید.

سیب زمینی ها را بعد از 15 دقیقه از داخل فر بیرون آورده و سس را روی سیب زمینی ها می‌زنیم و بعد پنیر روی سیب زمینی ها پخش می کنیمو به دنبال آن باقی مواد را روی سیب زمینی ها می ریزیم.

سیب زمینی ها را دوباره داخل فر قرار داده تا برای 15-10 دقیقه دیگرپخته شوند و یا تازمانی که پنیرذوب شود.
