Bread Omelette 2 املت نان

A very easy recipe for a lazy day to prepare with slices of bread and eggs. Just do not use bread in this omelette!! Why?? because, bread is inside the omelette 😄😄

Bread Omelette

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 slices of bread
  • 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and chilli pepper
  1. Tear the bread into slices.



  2. Place pieces of bread in a food processor and puls until crumbs look fine.



  3. Crack the eggs into abowl, season with salt, chilli and paprika. Beat them well.



  4. Add beaten eggs and chopped carrot, bell pepper, grated ginger and garlic to the bread crumbs..



  5. Mix all ingredients together. Heat theoil in a pan.



  6. Take a ladle of mixture and pour on the pan.



  7. Spread it evenly.



  8. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes,



  9. then flip it over and let tocook other side.

سلام دوستان امیدوارم که حالتون خیلی خوب باشه. یک املت خیلی آسون میخوام معرفی کنم که کاملن برای روزهای تنبلی و بی حوصلگی مناسبه. فقط لطفن با این املت نون نخورید. چرا؟؟؟ چون نون توی املت هست.

مواد لازم

سه عدد تخم مرغ

سه برش نان تست

یک عدد هویج کوچک خرد شده یا رنده شده

یک عدد فلفل دلمه کوچک خرد شده

یک حبه سیر رنده شده

یک ق چ زنجبیل رنده شده

یک چهارم ق چ پاپریکای دودی

نمک و فلفل قرمز به میزان لازم

روغن زیتون

طرز تهیه

نان‌های تست را خرد کرده و با استفاده ازفود پروسسور نان هارا به صورت پودر در آورید. تخم مرغ ها را داخل یک‌کاسه شکسته و با نمک فلفل قرمزپاپریکاهم بزنید. تخم مرغ های همزده را همراه با هویج و فلفل دلمه ی خرد شده زنجبیل و سیر رنده شده روی نان تست پودر شده ریخته و همه ی مواد را با هم مخلوط کنید.

روغن در تابه گرم کرده و مقداری از مایه آماده شده را داخل تابه ریخته وپخش می کنیم.بعد از دوسه دقیقه که یک سمت املت سرخ شدآن را پشت و رو کرده و سمت دیگر را هم میپزیم.

با باقی مایه املت نیز به همین ترتیب عمل کرده تا املت نان ما آماده شود.

I have learned my traditional Persian and Azerbaijani recipes from my lovely mother, and she has learned from her mother. Over the years, I have experimented and learned more recipes. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
