French Toast

French toast فرنچ تستis one tastiest bread dish which is slices of bread soaked in mixture of egg and milk or cream with lovely spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.

French toast is known with different names such as gypsy toast, German toast, or eggy bread.

French toast, might be served as a sweet dish with maple syrup , jam or honey and might be served as a savory dish with tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 thick slices of bread
  • Butter
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup cream
  • 3tbsp white sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

How to make it??

In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, cinnamon and cream.Butter the slices of bread on both sides. Then soak the slices of bread in the egg mixture for 10 minutes, and turning to coat boat sides.

Fry the slices of bread on lightly greased on a skillet on medium heat until browned on both side.

Transfer the French toast to a plate and pour over honey , jam or maple syrup.

فرنچ تست

تست فرانسوی یکی از خوشمزه ترین غذاهای نانی است که با نامهای فرنچ تست – نان تخم مرغیتست آلمانی – تست کولی هم شناخته شده است. فرنچ تست شامل خیساندن نان تست در مخلوطی از تخم مرغ و خامه یا شیرو ادویه هایی مثل دارچین و یا جوز هندی درست می‌شود .

فرنچ تست آماده شده را میتوان به صورت شیرین و همراه با عسل – مربا و یا شیره افرا سرو کرد و یا با سس گوجه‌فرنگی سرو کرد.

مواد لازم

چهار برش ضخیم نان تستنان تست ضخیم مناسب است چون برش نازک نان در مخلوط تخم مرغی له شده و خمیر می‌شود

کره

چهار عدد تخم مرغ

نصف پیمانه خامه – هر نوع خامه ای میتوانید استفاده کنید

سه ق غ شکر سفید

نصف ق چ دارچین یا جوز هندی

عسلشیره افرا Maple syrup 

 و یا مربا برای روی نان

طرز تهیه

داخل یک ظرف گود تخم مرغ ها را با شکردارچین و خامه هم بزنید تا خوب ترکیب شوند.پشت و روی نان‌ها را کره بمالید.نان ها را در مخلوط تخم مرغی قرار داده و بگذارید برای ده دقیقه داخل مایه تخم مرغی بماند.

کمی کره را در یک تابه آب کرده و نان‌ها را داخل تابه قرار داده تا پشت و روی آن‌ها سرخ و طلایی شوند.

نان‌های آماده شده را داخل یک ظرف چیده و روی آن‌ها شیره افرا – عسل یا مربا و کمی میوه ی تازه گذاشته و میل کنید. خیلی خوشمزه هست.

Hello everyone, my name is Rozina. I am Iranian with Azerbaijani roots. I was raised in Iran but I am living in Scotland. I am passionate about cooking and preparing meals for my family and friends. Some of my recipes are a fusion Western and Middle Eastern cuisine. Some are forgotten from Persian cooking tables and I try with posting and sharing those ones, to preserve them.
