Zucchini Noddles

Maybe you ask what is the zucchini noodles نودل کدو سبز. It is very good question. Answer is, instead of using any kind of regualr pasta/macaroni or spaghetti, I spirazlie zuuchini and make zoodles or zuchini noodles. They are similar to spagehtti.

One of easiest way to turn zucchini or many other vegetables into the noodles is using a spiralizer. It is fast and so fun to make noodles with this gadget.

Zucchini Noodles

  • 2 medium zucchini or cougette
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, grated
  • 3-4 medium tomatoes or 200g canned tomatoes
  • 1 small bell pepper, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ⅓ tsp turmeric
  • Salt and chilli flakes to taste
  • Olive oil, coconut oil or sesame oil
  1. Ingredients




  2. For making the sauce: heat the oil in a pan and fry chopped onion and bell pepper until soft and tender.



  3. Then add grated garlics and all of the spices and fry for 2 mintues.




  4. Add vegetable/meat stock and chopped tomatoes. Mix all ingredients together and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.





  5. To make these zucchini noodles , we will need courgette/zucchini . Wash the zucchini and cut the ends of them.



  6. Set spiralizer and spiralize zucchini and make zucchini noodles as yousee in the photos.




  7. Actually these noodles do not need to be cooke at all but if you prefer to cook: You can fry zucchini noodles in the oil for about 5 minutes until become wilted or cook in boiled water for 2-3 minutes untl get extra tender and drain.





نودل کدو سبز

سلام دوستان چند روز پیش نودل کدو سبز درست کرده بودم.. یعنی بجای استفاده از ماکارونی یا پاستای واقعی از کدو استفاده کردم و با رشته کردن کدو سبز آن‌ها رابه صورت نودل در آوردم. کدوی رشته شده از نظر ظاهری خیلی شبیه به اسپاگتی و نودل واقعی هست.

یکی از آسانترین راه‌ها که میشه کدوسبز را تبدیل به نودل کرد استفاده از دستگاه اسپیرالایزر یا رشته کن هست 

اززمانی که دستگاه رشته ساز را خریدم درست کردن نودل با سبزیجات خیلی آسونترشده و میشه ظاهر خیلی قشنگ تری به غذا و سالاد داد..

مواد لازم

دو عدد کدوسبز

یک عدد پیاز متوسط

دوحبه سیر رنده شده

سه عدد گوجه‌فرنگی تازه یا 200 گرم گوجه کنسروی

یک فلفل دلمه کوچک

یک عدد عصاره گوشت یا سبزیجات

یک ق چ پودر کاری

یک ق غ اورگانو خشک

یک سوم ق چ زردچوبه

نمک و فلفل خشک به میزان لام

روغن زیتون / روغن کنجد یا روغن نارگیل

طرز تهیه

ابتدا سس را درست میکنیم: مقدار ی روغن را در تابه گرم کرده و پیاز و فلفل دلمه خرد شده را روی حرارت متوسط تفت میدهیم تا نرم شوند. سپس سیرهای رنده شده و همه ی ادویه ها را نیز افزوده و برای دو دقیقه همه ی مواد را تفت میدهیم

در این مرحله یک عدد عصاره سبزی یا گوشت را همراه با گوجه‌فرنگی های خرد شده به مواد داخل تابه افزوده – مواد را با هم مخلوط میکنیم و برای ده دقیقه سس را روی حرارت همچنان نگه داشته تا پخته و آماده شود.

سس ما حاضره.

حالا دستگاه رشته ساز یا اسپیرالایزر را روی سطح کار نصب میکنیم. کدوها را شسته و سرو ته آن‌ها را جدا کرده و کدو را مطابق تصاویر داخل دستگاه گذاشته و آن‌ها را به صورت نودل درمیاوریم.

برای درست کردن نودل کدو سبز درواقع نیازی به پخت کدو نیست و به صورت خام هم میتوان آن را مصرف کرد ولی اگر مایل به پخت آن‌ها هستیدمیتوان کدوها را در روغن زیتون یا نارگیل به مدت 5 دقیقه سرخ کرد و یا در ابجوش به مدت 3-2 دقیقه آن‌ها را پخت تا کمی نرم شده و بعد در آبکش ریخت تا آب اضافی آن‌ها خارج شود.

سس آماده شده را به کدوها افزوده و سرو میکنیم. میتوان مقداری زیتون و بازیل (ریحان ایتالیایی) و پودر پنیر مازارلا هم روی سس ریخت.
